Innovad, global supplier of animal health and nutrition solutions, has announced the acquisition of Eco Treasures, an innovative company specialised in the extraction of natural raw materials and Eco-friendly processes

Eco Treasures was established in 2006 by a group of chemical engineers headed by Kris Schatteman as eco sustainable technological nucleus. Its core knowledge and experience lies in supercritical CO2 extraction; a green extraction technology without even traces of any organic solvents that is exceptionally well suited to extract molecules with high added value from natural resources directed primarily to pharmaceutical API applications and cosmetics.
Over the years, the company specialised in the valorisation of organic secondary streams from other industries and in the production of fruit seed oils and products originating from the same feedstock, such as fruit powders and press cake flour.
