Poultry equipment manufacturer Big Dutchman will be at VIV Asia on 11-13 March 2015 to display new and further developed products for the rearing of pigs
The new APT 1500 filter can reduce the risk of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) infection, which is a highly contagious disease and causes enormous economic losses for pig producers worldwide. The risk of infection is particularly high in regions with a large livestock density and the virus can be transmitted from house to house via air.
Another solution for modern pig management on display will be the computer-controlled dry feeding system DryExactpro that allows supplying each feed valve with an individual feed recipe. It can be completely integrated into the state-of-the-art BigFarmNet control software.
Other equipment to enhance pig rearing that will be showcased at the show includes PigNic automatic dry feeder and RainMaker cooling system, added the company.
