The seventh edition of JAPANS FOOD EXPORT FAIR, an exhibition dedicated to sourcing a wide range of Japanese food products, is scheduled to be held from 21-23 June at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan
Supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan, the inaugural JAPAN'S FOOD EXPORT FAIR took place in 2017 in partnership with RX Japan Ltd., the country's largest trade show organiser, and Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO), a leading trade promotion agency with 74 global offices, with the aim of boosting Japanese food exports.
This annual event brings together food buyers from more than 70 countries keen on discovering and procuring the finest Japanese food offerings. The current edition is anticipated to attract an even larger international audience, including major importers, supermarkets, restaurants, and department stores, providing an ideal platform for establishing new partnerships and engaging in meaningful trade discussions.
The fair not only presents renowned traditional Japanese delicacies like confectionery, sake, and tea but also showcases a diverse selection of regional specialties, including agricultural products, meat, seafood, processed foods, and more. With 800 exhibitors, visitors will have the opportunity to sample the products first hand, enabling them to experience their quality and flavour and make well-informed procurement decisions.
To cater to industry professionals, the exhibition offers English-speaking staff, comprehensive English brochures, and detailed product information, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
As the global demand for Japanese food continues to grow, the seventh JAPAN'S FOOD EXPORT FAIR plays a crucial role in facilitating mutually beneficial business outcomes for both exhibitors and visitors.
