Indonesia to host the 12th annual Expo 2017 for the Asian livestock industry

Indonesia will host its 12th No 1 livestock, feed, dairy and fisheries industry event from 17 to 19 May 2017 at Grand City Convex in Surabaya, Indonesia

Hosted by PT Napindo Media Ashatama with the support of Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, Indo Livestock Expo and Forum is a must attend event for the business people, decision makers and buyers across Asia.

The Indo Livestock Expo and Forum has been proven to be the preferred venue for the business meetings of livestock industry entrepreneurs, animal health experts, breeders, feed management, food processing, suppliers and distributors.

First held in Bali in 2002, hereinafter in Jakarta every even-year and in Surabaya for odd years, Indo Livestock Expo and Forum is an annual exhibition on the livestock industry, dairy cattle feed and fish farming in Indonesia.

More than 12,000 trade visitors and industry delegates are expected to attend the Expo 2017 and take part in seminars and various other technical presentations. Also, more than 300 companies from 30 countries, both locally and internationally, will participate in the mega event.

The Expo will conduct 12 seminars on the latest technological advances and industry trends and make more than 46 latest technical product presentations where the visitors can participate in free of cost.

In addition to this, the participants will have the opportunity to expand their business networks, including searching for potential agents and new business partners.

During the Expo, Indonesia Livestock Services Award 2017 will be given to the perpetrators in the field of livestock who can successfully develop institutions, companies, or individual leaders who play a major role in the development of livestock in Indonesia.

Besides, the Expo will conduct the socialisation of SDTI, a program to increase awareness among people about the nutritional aspects and importance of consuming animal protein milk, meat, egg, fish, and Susu, Daging, Telur, Ikan (SDTI).
