Taiwanese agriculture exports to Brunei for the first 10 months of 2013 reached a total of US$87mn
The figures reportedly showed a 22 per cent jump from the previously held record of US$71mn in 2012.
Albert Huang, representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Brunei, disclosed the figure recently, Brudirect reported.
Huang also said that the total agricultural exports from Taiwan reached US$5bn globally in 2013.
Ching Chiang Tsai, director-general of Taichung city government’s agriculture bureau, said that Brunei offers a lucrative market for agricultural exports.
