Thailand to host Global Rubber Conference 2016

The 12th Global Rubber Conference (GRC 2016) will take place at Deevana Plaza hotel in Krabi, Thailand from 11-13 October this year

One of the leading conference and exhibitions in the world on natural rubber, GRC will be hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and the Rubber Authority of Thailand. The conference will provide a platform for the stakeholders of the rubber industry to converge and gain further insights into the major challenges and opportunities within the industry.

The conference is themed ‘Driving transformation and unlocking opportunities’ this year and will discuss six major topics: global rubber outlook, price discovery model, advanced materials for new product development, rubber agronomy practices, the game changing tire industry and insights of the future dipped goods industry.

The organisers are expecting over 500 experts and delegates including government officials, rubber producers and processors, traders, importers and exporters, manufacturers of rubber products, commodity and investment analysts, rubber machinery and equipment suppliers and their supporting industries to appear at the event.
