Maria Cristina Couturier resigns from the CFO position of Camposol Holding

The Board of Directors of Camposol Holding Ltd has announced that Maria Cristina Couturier has resigned from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position, in order to pursue new projects and personal aspirations

Mr. Jorge Ramirez, CEO of Camposol Holding Ltd, will assume the CFO functions during the selection process for the new CFO (process that has already begun).

"I would like to thank Maria Cristina for playing an important role in the consolidation process of Camposol and for securing the financing of the company during the past 3 years.  I wish her the best in her future endeavors," stated Jorge Ramirez, CEO of Camposol Holding Ltd.

Camposol Holding Limited, an agro-industrial company, engages in harvesting, processing, and marketing agricultural and marine products primarily in Peru. Camposol Holding's products include avocados, blueberries, asparagus, shrimps, table grapes, mangoes, peppers, artichokes, mandarins, pomegranates, and other seafood products. It also exports its products as fresh, preserved, or frozen products to the European Union, the United States, and Asia.
