Symaga recently completed the assembly of four hopper silos SCX0460/08T45, which will soon become part of Legumbres Pedro in Alcalá de los Gazules, Cadiz, Spain

The silos of Symaga have been designed to store and preserve the quality of the legumes before processing.

The orders include accessories mainly aimed at protecting the product, such as roof vents for fumigation, which provide a perfect grain aeration with constant air flows; along with special sealing foam for the silo roof to avoid the entry of rain or snow, and succesfully carry out fumigation treatments. Another accessory that prevents segregation, grain breakage and dust creation is Symaga's grain stopper system, composed of channels and deflector plates.

Moreover, the silos also include sensitive rotative sensors to detect maximum level, and robust membrane sensors to detect minimum level. They require no power and incorporate a regulation column which allows for adjusting the sensitivity.

Symaga congratulated Legumbres Pedro for this great project and further expressed gratitude for having confidence in them. Legumbres Pedro has planned to inaugurate the facility in the coming months.
