Jamesway, the reference incubator company for global poultry industry, has launched a customer-focused response team designed to provide 24/7 technical phone support to all customers, aiming to develop ‘worry-free hatcheries’
The ‘Platinum Response Team’ service launched in tandem with a new programme of training and customer-centric initiatives designed to give hatchery managers the tools to run their hatcheries with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

According to Jamesway, forecasts indicate that the Asian market will be the most significant growth area for poultry in the coming months. Aware of the trend and consequently adapting to accommodate the recent upswing in the industry, Jamesway has appointed Jerry Yap as regional sales manager for the APAC region.
“He will be supporting the activities of our team in that region by taking responsibility for sales in Pakistan, Taiwan and South Korea. He will be working under the close direction of Naresh Nair in Bangladesh, Philippines and Malaysia,” stated Jamesway.
Jerry has experience in selling hatchery equipment, including time with Vencomatic Automation Systems and several incubation machine suppliers. He has extensive experience with hatcheries in the Asia-Pacific and supports this technical knowledge with strong business management skills.
