The manufacturer said this year, the focus is primarily on the topic of the efficient use of resources. The aim is to achieve the highest possible raw material yields and maximum product quality.
Flottweg stated that the economical production of fruit juice, direct juice and vegetable juice is not only characterised by excellent juice quality. Equally important is a high raw material yield with a minimum of expenditure for operation, maintenance and repair of the centrifuges, belt presses and equipment used, the manufacturer added.
