Symaga increases productivity with new laser and welding equipment

Symaga, a leading manufacturer of silos, has recently completed the installation of an 8kw laser which is expected to increase the companys productivity by 50%

The new laser also enables the company to process thicknesses of up to 30mm, while reducing electricity consumption by 75%. The installation of the new laser has been carried out in line with the company's core values of sustainable development and safety.

Symaga's welding section has also made progress towards achieving the goal of monitoring all tasks performed by robots in real-time. The company has acquired new UPN welding equipment and a powerful robot, made of pulsed arc welding equipment, which has increased welding speed and improved work on difficult surface edges. Additionally, ventilated welding screens have been purchased to protect the workers from inhaling welding gases.

The company’s annual investment plan continues to increase productivity while adhering to environmental regulations, safety measures, and total control of the factory through the MES-SGA system. Symaga aims to improve the quality of its silos while taking care of the environment and its team.
