Termotecnica Pericoli has decided to formalise the procedures already in use in its work, achieving a significant milestone in the ISO9001 certification process

This was issued by Bureau Veritas, one of the leaders in the certification industry, in close contact and operational cooperation with the company’s technical structure, according to a news release by Termotecnica Pericoli.

The company stated that although this is not a mandatory requirement, being an ISO 9001-certified company as well as being supplied by a certified one, is an additional guarantee of performance and reliability.

What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. It can be used by any company, large or small, regardless of its field of activity.

This standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, it requires the motivation and commitment of the company management and continual improvement.

Why is ISO 9001 so important?

The certification is based on the concept of verification by a third party (the certifying body) of the methods and procedures applied, after these have been optimised and validated for the purpose for which they are intended.

This means to focus on the relevant areas of our process, improving efficiency, and global quality of delivered products.

Benefits for the customers

ISO 9001 certificate is an added value for the company’s customers and an excellent introductory tool for prospects, giving them the awareness that Termotecnica Pericoli follows standards and procedures finalised to high levels of manufacturing accuracy and therefore respect for the highest customers’ expectations in terms of:

-Product non- compliance
-Accurate product-related reporting and communication
